Sorting Order Explained
Wrestlers are sorted using the following priority:
- Wins — Highest to lowest
- Prestige Points — Highest to lowest
- Losses — Lowest to highest
Initially only the varsity contests are shown. If you want to include any JV bouts, use the other button to set the filter to include all bouts varsity and jv in the results. You can toggle back and forth and the change will be reflected by the bolding of the button selected.
The sort order is based on wins and losses. If there are no tie points awarded (0 by default)
the wrestler with the most wins and least losses is displayed first.
If tie points are inserted, the order becomes: Most Wins (must be same amount of wins), Tie Points, Least Losses.
In this case, percentages are not considered.
Tie points are awarded by the administration at or immediately leading up to the seeding meeting.
Those changes reflect in real time on the site and the export pages.
IF.. if you have a challenge criteria in your league... Your administrator will export the seeding from the site to an MS Excel sheet and manually move seeding around before presenting to the tournament director. THERE IS NO PROVISION for moving someone with less wins ahead of a wrestler with more wins.
